The best part is when you get the numerous cancellation appointments because schedules are ever changing . How is this better than just sending them out a few weeks/months at a time?

Because the admin has visions of doing nothing for the next two years now that the meetings are set up, that’s why.

They did this at school last August, I think the schedule lasted until November before there was a mass collection of “the meeting has been moved emails. ”
